‘À la Our Story’ is a coffee table book, designed for Amsterdam based jewellery and home accessories brand À la as a result of my casestudy for the brand.
Through research I discovered that À la’s wholesale customers are not very aware of their story and core values which make the brand unique.
These values are highlighted in the book through five ‘rules to live by’: explore the world, discover treasures, support the local community, curate your collection and share with others.
The material and colours of the book are my visualisation of the brand. Printed on off-white biotop paper, sewn bound in a soft green linen hardcover with matt off white dust jacket.
Presented in a dark brown box featuring the À la logo, with a cut-out for the lookbook, which changes twice a year.
The book is used in meetings with wholesale customers, trade fairs and events.
